Chow Down Presents…
New for 2019 Chow Down Presents… brings a pop-up curated cultural experience to major cities who are no stranger to fine dining. Gathering together a select list of that city’s finest independent food and drink retailers, producers and chefs around a single long-table dining experience, guests will experience a taste of what their home city has to offer from food, drink, culture, art, performance and music. Celebrating the shared dining culture, diners are invited to experience a venue they think they know like they’ve never seen it before, dressed to impress, and filled with old favourites offering a new twist and an invite to look again at their home city with fresh perspectives. Working with the independent food producers of each specific city to form new collaborations, fusions and experimentations in food and drink alongside an evening of alternative performance, art and culture, Chow Down Presents… works with cities to find unique and distinctive venues, curate collaborations and commission a cultural experience that could be experienced in that city at that moment.
